This music box is in beautiful condition. I dont see any flaws to the porcelain or the gold plate metal. (Repair shop listed as gold plate). Capodimonte, made in Italy and has a Reuge Swiss musical movement that plays Edelweiss and Doctor Zhivago. To operate, wind the music box on the bottom, push the button on the side and the doors open and close automatically.
