It's vintage 1960s and is believed to be Reuge. Made by Schmid-Schlenker in Germany, the sticker indicates Donauwellen (Danube Wave), which I believe is the song it will play. NOTE that this piece needs cleaning and restoration. It does not currently work -- the ballerina doesn't twirl, the music doesn't play, and the clock doesn't tick.
