Vintage Reuge Swiss Musical Alabaster Lipstick Cigarette Holder Ballerina Automa

Authentic vintage Reuge Swiss musical lipstick/cigarette holder featuring beautifully veined natural pink alabaster panels, brass-tone mounts, six compartment doors, and a dancing ballerina automaton. The original Swiss Reuge movement plays "Lara's Theme" from Doctor Zhivago. An elegant and increasingly difficult-to-find collector's piece that combines Swiss musical craftsmanship with a natural stone cabinet and functional vanity design. Stands just over 10 tall.

Condition: Very good vintage condition with light age-appropriate wear, including minor surface wear to the natural alabaster and metal finish. The music plays beautifully, all six doors open manually, and the ballerina attempts to operate but does not complete normal movement. The music box has not been restored or serviced, allowing the next owner to preserve or restore it to their own preference.
