Vintage REUGE ROMANCE MUSIC BOX TABLE With Inlaid lacquered wood design

This belonged to my 97 year old Aunt. I believe she acquired it in the 60's or 70's. I don't recognize the music it plays but it is lovely. The Table is in great form for its age. PLEASE see pictures for detail as I tried to capture all in photos.

Interesting that the legs are numbered. I uncovered the slats that cover the musical movement mechanism - marked "Romance Swiss Made".

Legs in and exterior in great shape - some markings on sides of legs - see photo please. Interior of box shows slight fracturing - in photos.

Surface upon examination shows some light scratches from surface usage. In the design, there are two birds flanking the end panels - just a lovely detail. Measures approximately 17 in height; 14 1/2 in length and 10 3/4 in width. There is no key with the table.

She lovingly cared for her things and I hope you can see that in the item. She stored her special cards and notes that she received and saved in here. It is clean and beautiful.
