Decorative and utilitarian musical pepper mill. The metal fittings are gold tone brass. This grinder made of different material. Wood and near the base at the bottom. The porcelain center area seems hand painted.

Reuge movement plays "Strangers in the night". In great vintage condition for age with minimal signs of use across the majority of the mill. (small chips of paint, light scuffs especially near gold rims) , The music box feature is fully functional including the stopping button when the mill is set back down.
