Vintage Reuge CH3/36 Valves Cylinder Music Box. The on/off switch works properly. The hinges are fine and the lid closes properly.

The box is clean inside and out, but as it is a used item there are some small scratches. The movement is also clean and there does not appear to be any noticeable dirt.
