Vintage Erzgebirge Forest Scene Music Box Reuge Movement Jingle Bells
Vintage Erzgebirge hand-made one of a kind working wooden music box. Made in Germany, the music box inside was made in Switzerland by Reuge (Swiss musical movement). Plays Jingle Bells, with a little stopper in the side which you can pull out and push in to start and stop the music. It is a forest scene with a little angel girl, trees, birds, two bunnies with leather ears, two deer and a bell tower with a real bell. Approximately 4.5" across and 6.5" high. Wear includes: base has some chipping green paint, one of the bunny's leather ears is cracking but still in-tact, two of the trees have some chips, larger deer's ear seems to have been broken off and glued back on.
