Also has a model number? Has a custom little plate on front that says: For All The Tomorrows. Base has Swiss Music Box Made in Switzerland sticker, also has 391-093.

Works, plays music beautifully with little round switch on front. Has some wear and tear, small scrapes, etc. A spot of finish missing where button is moved, a tiny nick in glass.
