Beautiful Reuge Sainte Croix Music box. This is a large, stunning piece that plays 4 songs. Waltz of the Flowers - Tchaikovsky. You can set the box to play continuously or to stop, which it will finish one reveloution of the arrangement and then stop automatically.

The 144 note movement plays 4 tunes over a range of 5 octaves and wound by a ratchet lever. I have the original key and booklet that came with the box.
