Plays Santa Lucia and folds out! Music box lovers - don't miss this exceptional folding music box by Thorens! Featuring exquisitely inlaid wooden box, likely from Sorrento, Italy, this charming piece has a banded, Neoclassical style that is eye-catching and unique!

The box opens and two wings fold out for a two-tiered experience on blue silk! This box was made in the late 19. Century by Thorens (later Reuge) of Switzerland. It features an 18-note hand-wound movement. This lovely antique music box is in EXCELLENT condition!

The movement has been oiled and works without flaw. The wood has been cleaned and conditioned with all natural orange oil and beeswax conditioner to protect it and restore its original beauty! Piece has light signs of use or wear but comes ready to use or gift! Diemnsions: 4¼ in by 6½ in, 3½ in tall.
