REUGE WIND UP THREE 72 NOTE MUSIC BOX. This is a 3-72 note music box made in Switzerland. This beautiful crafted natural wood finish has a stunning lacquered finish. The lid has a beveled edge around the top with a lighter colored band that follows the beveled edge. The wind-up key states its Reuge. On the front is a music harp, this turns on and off the music by sliding it to left or right. On the inside of the lid it lists 3 musical arrangements by G. The Thieving Magpie (Maestoso Marziale). The inside you can see the musical works for this music box and as well a glass partition to protect the works mechanism.

The works is stamped Sainte Croix, made in Switzerland Reuge, also on the inner portion of the lid and on the label. Was given as a gift in 1970 for a Xmas gift. Dimensions: 9.50 L x 5.50 W x 3 H. A must have for that important one you LOVE.
