Reuge Sainte-Croix Handel 36 Note Swiss Music Box Harmonious Blacksmith Working

Reuge Sainte-Croix Swiss mechanical music box from the Great Composers series, honoring George Frideric Handel and playing The Harmonious Blacksmith. The hardwood case measures approximately 6 x 4 x 3 inches and features a glass viewing panel, brass escutcheon, laser-engraved musical notation on the lid, and a visible brass cylinder-and-comb movement.

The base is marked MADE IN SWITZERLAND. Condition: Very good pre-owned condition.

The wooden case shows normal gentle-use wear with minor surface marks and light patina. The case and movement appear intact, and the visible brass cylinder mechanism and comb appear complete and functional. Winds up and plays melody beautifully!
