The music is created by a Swiss Romance movement made by Reuge. The movement works as intended and plays "Menuet" by Mozart.

The sound is in tune and beautiful, as is characteristic of the Reuge Co. The exterior of this box is a warm brown color with Mandolin design inlay. The interior of the box is lined with a red velvet fabric.
