Reuge Interchangeable 5 Cylinder Music Box 50 Notes Swiss Estate Item

This is a Reuge Interchangeable Cylinder Music Box. It measures approximately 17 inches long. Cosmetics-Clean overall with some wear.

It was generally protected wrapped in storage. There are some nicks and chips in the coating from being moved around. Two on the inside play area outer edges with one being deeper. Also several on the outside top rear and bottom edges. Operationally it winds up and I was able to play all five cylinders. The melodies are nice but I did notice the speed tended to fade and get slower over time. It seems to generally respond but this sat in storage for many years.
