Hear the music box from a video link at the top of the main description below. Beautiful musical box made by REUGE Switzerland and from their ROMANCE range. This plays three extracts fom classical music by Bach, Corelli & Mozart. The Satinwood veneered case with burr wood to the sides and the top also inlaid with lots of coloured woods to create the musical picture. The mechanism is seen through a glazed inner lid which keeps dust away!

The reuge mechanism has 72 notes to the comb and as you will have heard in the video it plays with a dreamlike and very pure quality. The sound has no distortion whatsover, perfectly in tune and reproducing the music with great delicacy and precision.

The mechanism is discretely wound from under the cabinet and the lever to activate the mechanism is at the front of the case. DIMENSIONS: Weighs 1.63kg before wrapping The case measures 9.5" (24cm) wide, 6" (15cm) deep and 3 (7.5cm) high.
