MATTHEY MUSIC BOX 19 GOVERNORS & 60 CYLINDERS old stock REUGE, THORENS, CUENDET

A vintage boxed set of 60 music box cylinders and 19 conforming governors. There is nothing on the box to indicate what the cylinders might play. Some oxidation to steel parts so not all the governors are currently operating properly and will require cleaning up. Suitable for use with music box movements made by Reuge, Thorens, Cuendet etc. I believe these were made in the mid 20th century.

DIMENSIONS: The boxed collection weighs 780g before wrapping. Each governor measures 15mm high, 18mm wide and 26mm deep whilst he larger gear is 8mm in diameter. 18mm long with the large gear 19mm in diameter. If you need to know more then ask a question....
