Italian Inlaid 28-note MUSIC BOX, Multi-Tone WithFloral Inlay All I Ask of You

This sale is for an extraordinarily beautiful inlaid wooden musical jewelry box, made in Italy around 40 years ago. Medium-brown wood with a light brown burl center section inlaid with a multi-color flower design. Glossy finishes are the ones most commonly found on Italian inlaid boxes, but this one has a beautiful matte finish.

The movement is made by Reuge of Switzerland, and is larger than the usual. It is a 28-note movement and plays "All I Ask of You" from Phantom of the Opers (you can hear it by clicking on the second photo). Has been carefully stored and not used or displayed.
