VIntage REUGE SAINTE-CROIX Music Box CH 3/72 37217. Recent estate find here in VA.

Its 8 x 4 1/2 x 2 3/4. Beautiful walnut music box made by Reuge. I ran it thru 3 cycles and it appears to function properly (first time I wound it I had to shake it to get it going but I think it was because it had been sitting for a long time).

I dont know much about these but I can say its a quality piece. Comes with the original manual and a pice from the original cardboard box. The manual has a date of 1975. The box itself is very nice but I will not say its mint.

I didnt do anything to it other than wipe it off with a cloth as I did not want to damage it. The box has a couple small flaws but in my opinion they really arent noticeable.
