Reuge Saint Croix model CH 3/72 with Claire de Lune 3 parts by C Debussy. This box is made in solid burl wood with brass inlay.
It is made with spectacular detail and quality. There is some corner damage on the front left lower corner (see photos). Other than that it is in nice condition for it's age... Rare design and hard to find tune on this movement model. The second box is what I believe to be an Italian wood inlay jewelry box with a Reuge movement. Other than that the piece is unknown to me. The movement is obviously not as nice as the CH 3/72, but it still sounds nice! Part of the velvet is coming off slightly from the inner wall of the bottom compartment.
